If you want to highlight an image specifically, a featured image is suitable for this. You can also use a Text & Media element for this purpose. The difference is that only one image can be selected and Featured Image can contain a title, subtitle and link. With the Link Browser, links to internal pages and files, external URLs, email addresses and DOI addresses can be selected as links.

Featured Images work well for title images, ads, or as an alternative to tiles. In addition, they can be inserted in any grid element.
